MFA Paw Prints is now officially two issues old.  My sincere thanks to those of you who submitted to, viewed, or otherwise supported the first issue.  Your support is very important.  To date, the magazine has had over 300 hits and counting.  I hope to see this number GROW.

For those of you who are new to the site, allow me to extend a hearty welcome to you all!   MFA Paw Prints is a fiction magazine that is DIFFERENT.  No established writers.  No celebrities.  No editors of national magazines complaining about receiving 1000+ short stories a week.  

I created this magazine for my fellow MFA-ians enrolled in creative writing programs all over the country.  Send in your best stories and see them published online here!  This is your chance to let the world see your work.  You never know who might be reading!  The Web community is growing even as you read this.  

I am doing this in my own time with my own resources as a project.  What I hope to achieve is an accessible place to showcase the work of budding writers.  Your support is greatly appreciated.  Ok, so it's not a wonderfully savvy website with lots of thingamagics and graphics, but I'm doing the best I can.  Concentrate on the fiction!  All things will get better with time.
